First, she was not knowledgeable and was able to teach me about the help of my hair. She genuinely cares about it. She is always teaching me about doubt in my hair so that I can take care of it between appointments. She does not play about that. Secondly, she values me as a person. I never felt unwelcome or like she was ready to hurry up and get home or anything like that. She talks with me. She laughs with me. She’s comforted me and she makes me feel absolutely beautiful!
